The Park

Koroyanitu National Heritage Park was established in 1989 to protect the unique Flora and Fauna in the area and to offer visitors and locals alike a unique lens into the natural beauty of Fiji. The park includes Mt. Batilamu, the third-highest peak in Fiji, as well as a number of waterfalls and lookouts throughout the 35 square kilometers that the Park occupies. The top of Mt. Batilamu offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and some of the Islands off the coast of Viti Levu. The Park has ample locations for camping, including lodges in the waterfall area of the Park as well as the peak of Mt. Batilamu. Guides are available through Abaca Village or several of the Park's third-party partners.
