Stays

Stays

Koroyanitu Heritage Park and its partner Abaca Village are proud to offer several opportunities to stay and experience the unique Fijian nature and culture that the park has to offer. Stays include both lodges and homestays and are available year-round. Just contact our staff or the visitor center for booking information.

Our Lodges

There are two lodges available in Koroyanitu Heritage Park, The Mt. Batilamu Lodge and the Nase Lodge. Located at the top of the Mountain, the Mt. Batilamu lodge sleeps 4+ and has a gas stove, beds, and solar lighting. The Waterfall Lodge is located just about 40 minutes from the Abaca "base camp" and offers similar amenities, with the benefits of proximity to both the village and several swimming holes, waterfalls, and rivers.

Homestays

Homestays in Abaca Village provide the opportunity not just to see the park through the people who know it best, but to experience firsthand the lifestyle of the Fijian people. Homestays will include meals, hiking opportunities, the ability to participate in village events, and experiencing the Sevusevu or traditional Fijian welcoming ceremony that involves bringing a yaqona root, presenting it to the village, and enjoying Kava with them through the Fijian tradition. To set up a homestay experience, call one of our park staff or email us at koroyanituheritagepark@gmail.com.

Group Rates

We are happy to accommodate groups from Fiji or overseas who are interested in experiencing the park. Our group rate offers include $300 per night for the rental of the entire Nase or Batilamu lodge, a $15 reduced rate for park entry, and a reduced rate for guides to Mt Batilamu, Savu-i-one, or Tunutunu waterfall treks.
